Welcome to Tribeca Tipis - Tipi hire in Sussex, Surrey, Kent & Hampshire for outdoor weddings and event tents. Based in East Sussex, we bring over 13 years of experience in outdoor events and love to help create beautiful bespoke & sustainable spaces with giant tipis for weddings, garden parties or outdoor events and festivals. Areas we cover are Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and London.
We fell in love with nordic tipis when we began our sister glamping business 'Brighton Bell Tents', in 2011 (one of the first glamping hire companies in East Sussex) and wanted to combine the two together to create the perfect package for festival and boho inspired weddings and events. Prior to working outdoors, we both worked as senior marketing & sales managers at Sony Music for over 10 years, working alongside high profile artists, including Jamiroquai, The Coral, The Zutons, Toploader, Des'ree and Reef. We also love to travel - Asia, Australia, North Africa and Sweden are all places that have inspired our style and interiors.
Made in Lapland, Sweden, our tipis are made from the strongest nordic timber poles and water repellent canvas, providing a design aesthetic that is both beautiful and highly practical for outdoor events, come rain or shine.
We are keen to create sustainable events by sourcing reclaimed and vintage furniture, along with unique interior decor. Our focus on natural textures like wood, bamboo, and rattan ensures that every event or wedding, not only looks beautiful and stylish, but also respects the environment.
We couldn't do this without our core tipi crew - Jack, Caleb, Euan, Jamie, Charlie, Miles, Luke, Sol and Harry, who have worked with us for several years - truly experts in big scale festival weddings and event builds!
